Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Flyer/Promotional Materials 1. The Facilitator must develop a flyer and/or other promotional materials to recruit approximately 15 attendees for each of the 5 Gatherings (a target of at least 75 unique attendees in total). 2. Any flyers and/or other promotional materials must include a copy of the LACDMH logo, the AI/AN UsCC logo, and the MHSA logo. 3. The flyers and/or other promotional materials including those utilizing social media platforms must be submitted to LACDMH for approval prior to implementation. i. All social media posts must include information on where and how to access mental health services. ii. The LACDMH 24/7 Help Line must be included in every social media post (LACDMH 24/7 Help Line 800-854-7771). iii. Facilitator shall be solely liable and responsible for any and all social media posts. Facilitator shall indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against any liabilities and costs arising from, connected with, or related to social media posts as part of this project. 4. The flyers and/or other promotional materials are the property of LACDMH. 5. Any flyers and/or promotional materials should include the statement, “This Project is a Product of the AI/AN UsCC Subcommittee”. 6. Upon the request of LACDMH, the Facilitator must demonstrate that they fulfilled this deliverable by providing supportive documentation (e.g., receipts, contracts, attestations, etc.). 7. Payment is contingent upon completion of Deliverable activities (as listed above) and submission of all required paperwork. B. Pre and Post-Test 1. The Facilitator must develop a pre and post-test to be administered to attendees of the Gatherings to gather feedback on their experiences and mental health outcomes. 2. The pre and post-test must utilize a Likert Scale. 3. The pre and post-test must be submitted to LACDMH for pre-approval. 4. The Facilitator must submit copies of all completed pre and post-test to LACDMH. 5. The pre and post-test must include a copy of the LACDMH logo, the AI/AN UsCC logo, and the MHSA logo. 6. To ensure the privacy of the participants, the surveys must be anonymous and free of identifiable information. 7. Upon the request of LACDMH, the Facilitator must demonstrate that they fulfilled this deliverable by providing supportive documentation (e.g., receipts, contracts, attestations, etc.). 8. Payment is contingent upon completion of Deliverable activities (as listed above) and submission of all required paperwork.
