Description

The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District or Midpen) is pleased to announce the opportunity to provide federal and state environmental permit compliance services. Interested firms should have demonstrated experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for capital, routine maintenance, and restoration projects in California. The selected firm will support the District’s commitment to high-quality land stewardship.

8/28/2025, 9 AM - Presentations by firms and interviews with the selection committee—(optional at District’s discretion)
9/10/2025 - Board approval/Award of contract
9/25/2025 - Deadline to submit proof of insurance and signed contract
10/9/2025 - Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed

Proposal Deadline:
Final proposals must be submitted via email to Sherilyn Reinhart, Administrative Assistant, sreinhart@openspace.org, and received no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 25, 2025. Midpen, at its sole discretion, may grant an extension to all candidates if circumstances require additional time. Responding teams should assume that Midpen may initiate discussions with all respondents simultaneously.
