The purpose of the La Honda Creek Agricultural Water Development Project (Project) is to develop the ranch water distribution system to support Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District’s Conservation Grazing Program within the Driscoll Ranch area of La Honda Creek Open Space Preserve. The scope of work shall include specifying and installing one well pump, a solar power array, and water distribution lines and connections to supply well water to the existing water storage and distribution system as further detailed and described in the Contract Documents.

Notice Is Hereby Given that the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) will receive bids at the Office of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, 5050 El Camino Real, Los Altos, CA on or before 11:00 a.m. on December 16, 2025 for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services required for the La Honda Creek Agricultural Water Development Project. Bids shall be publicly opened in the District Administration Office, at the address above, onDecember 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter.
Pre-Bid Meetings:
There is one non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit; scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on December 4, 2025. Reservations are required: RSVP with Lu Spigelman at lspigelman@openspace.org no later than 1:00 p.m. the day prior to receive directions to the meeting location and notice of any weather delays or changes.
