Bids are requested for Goods & Services and Construction, more specifically for the design, construction and installation of a new powerhouse building for Pine Flat Unit-4 and include installation services of following equipment, supplied by others- Horizontal small turbine (approximately.5 MW), one horizontal synchronous generator, one turbine shutoff valve, and electrical equipment and miscellaneous and auxiliary equipment and components, as more fully described in the Procurement Documents. EPC scope also includes design, manufacture, testing and delivery of other equipment not under the supply scope by “others”. Successful EPC bidder shall supply- 230kV Generator Step-up Transformer, 230kV switchyard line breaker and disconnect switches and Instrument Transformers, also more fully described in the Procurement Documents.
