Description

NEW HORIZONS is requesting bids from licensed contractors (“Contractor”) to complete the Scope of Work for the Exterior Siding Replacement Project at one of our owned and managed properties. This project encompasses removal of the existing building siding and replacement of the moisture barrier and installation of Hardie plank siding and trim on three apartment buildings located at Clifford Avenue, in the City of Watsonville, State of California. The buildings are described as two story, stick framed buildings, constructed around 1993.

New Horizons intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder to complete this project. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid deadline.

This Project is NOT subject to Prevailing Wage requirements.
