Main Street), Lexington Avenue, Palm Avenue, Lemon Avenue, Grant Avenue, Severin Drive, Gregory Street and Fletcher Parkway with approximately 6,300 linear feet of 8-inch, 12-inch and 16-inch diameter PVC pipe within the city of El Cajon and city of La Mesa.
