The work to be done includes furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the Lake Jennings Aeration System. As a part of its commitment to the East County Advanced Water Purification Project to create a new, local, sustainable, and drought-proof drinking water supply, the Lake Jennings Aeration System will enable the District to meet required residence time requirements of influent pure water supply into the lake that will accommodate dilution requirements as specified by the State Water Resources Control Board for indirect potable reuse.
