RFP_F-Espar-0000000002 - Esparto CSD 2023 Sewer Line CCTV

The Esparto Community Services District (CSD) is located in Esparto, California in the unincorporated area of Yolo County. The Esparto CSD provides sewer, water and street light services to the town of Esparto. The sewer system is comprised of 9 miles of sewer mains ranging from 4” to 12” and 981 residential and commercial sewer tap connections.

The water system is comprised of 4 wells, one 500,000-gallon storage tank, 1 booster pump station with 3 booster pumps and 1 emergency fire flow booster pump.
The distribution system has approximately 8 miles of water mains ranging in sizes from 4” to 12” with 1,000 water connections. The Esparto CSD also provides maintenance and operational services for the town’s Aquatic Center, Central Park and Detention Basins.

The Esparto Community Services District will contract a firm to CCTV and provide reporting on three differnt sewer lines in the unincorporated town of Esparto Ca. These Sewer lines will be known as Alley 3, Alley 4 and Esparto Main Sewer line leaving Esparto to WWTF. 

The first is Alley 3 is located between Grafton st and Madison st from Omega st to Bonyage st turning south through the local high school and ending at Plainfield st.
The total number of manholes are 13.
The Total distance is 2973ft.
Pipe Diameter is 6".

The second is Alley 4, it is located between Madison st and Plainfield st from Omega st to Yolo Ave. At a point on Fremont st the sewer line turns South to Plainfield st then East to Yolo ave.
The total number of manholes are 7.
The total distance is 2537 ft
Pipe Diameter is 8"

The third is the Main Sewer line to the Wastewater Treatment Facility. It exits the town at Madison st and Alpha st going East then turning South towrads the WWTF.
Total number of manholes are 5.
 The total distance is 1901 ft.
Pipe Diameter is 10"-12".
