26-009 - Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator and Managed Care Program Service

The County of Tulare (County) invites proposals for offer of a contract to be submitted to the Purchasing Agent to supply Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator and Managed Care Program Services for Risk Management/County Counsel as required.  Such contract will be for a period of approximately three (3) years effective on DATE OF AWARD and ending March 31, 2029.  However, the County of Tulare reserves the right to terminate the Contract, with or without cause, by giving a thirty (30) day advance written notice of intent to terminate.
