RFP_F-Contr-0000000052 - STD TESTING AND TREATMENT

The Contra Costa County Public Health HIV/STI program (County) is seeking proposals from local, community-based nonprofit organizations to partner with the County in its effort to prevent HIV and STIs among the County’s most vulnerable populations including the uninsured, African American/Black, Latinx, African American/Black and/or Latinx men who have sex with other men (MSM), women (particularly women of color), people who inject drugs (particularly MSM who also inject drugs), lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender [LGBT]; and people who can become pregnant, with a focus on chlamydia, gonorrhea,  and syphilis. Services to be funded include, but are not limited to, community testing, PrEP/PEP/DoxyPEP education, PrEP navigation, PrEP Assistance Program (PrEP-AP) education and enrollment, linkage to further testing, linkage to treatment, and patient navigation services.  Please note, in this RFP, the terms “STD” and “STI” are used interchangeably.
