Description

The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors has approved $1 million in one-time funds for building capacity in East Contra Costa County’s (referred here as East County) nonprofit sector. East Contra Costa County (defined here as Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, Byron, Discovery Bay, Knightsen and Bethel Island) has experienced enormous population growth over the past 20 years.

The County seeks proposal submissions from an organization located in East County to support nonprofits, nonprofit professionals and aspiring nonprofit professionals in East County through the development of courses, direct grants and other capacity-building programs.
