RFP_F-Contr-0000000061 - HCV TESTING AND TREATMENT FOR CONTRA COSTA HEALTH

The Contra Costa County Public Health HIV/STI program (County) is seeking proposals from local, community-based nonprofit organizations to partner with the County in its effort to prevent HIV, HCV, and other STIs among the County’s most vulnerable populations including the uninsured, African American/Black, Latinx, lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender [LGBT]; and people who can become pregnant, with a focus on individuals with an ongoing risk factors for Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. We are seeking one organization that can provide monitoring, prevention, testing, and linkage to and retention in care activities for the most vulnerable and underserved individuals living with, or at high risk for, HCV infection.
