Engineer's Estimate-$100,000-$120,000 The contract for this project shall consist of various items which include, but are not limited to, the removal and disposal of existing buildings, concrete slabs, concrete footings, roofing, vegetation, walls, fencing, locating and capping of the existing utilities at property lines, grading of each lot and the backfill and compacting of all open trenches caused by the removals associated with this project, as directed by the Engineer.
The construction and completion of the project as indicated above shall be in accordance with all City Standards, Building Codes and Specifications prepared for this project.
