A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference followed by a job walk will be held at the project site located at 6937 Elm Ave., Twentynine Palms, CA 92277 on October 9, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder who does not attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective Bidders will have the opportunity to review the interior and exterior of the single family dwelling, take measurements, and ask questions to City representatives.

The City of Twentynine Palms (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Elm Avenue Tenant Improvement (“Project”) at the office of the City Clerk no later than October 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
