Until 2:00 PM on May 29, 2025 , the City shall accept bids at the Office of the City Clerk, 635 South Highway 101, Solana Beach, CA 92075, at which time they will be opened by the City Clerk and read. The bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside with the following project title:

OBTAINING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Plans and Specifications and other contract documents may be secured from the Office of the City Engineer. A non-refundable fee of $25 is required for each set of documents. Mailing fee is an additional $10.
