The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a contractor to complete the pool renovation. This includes replacing pool plaster and tile finishes; replacing main drain grates, inlet fittings, underwater lights, and stair rails; installing new tile depth markers and ‘no diving’ graphics for code compliance; replacing all pool mechanical equipment, exposed piping, and valves in the equipment room; replacing mechanical equipment electrical controls, conduit and wiring; installing sheet metal enclosure outside mechanical room for chemical drum storage; installing UV disinfection system to improve indoor air quality; installing automatic pool fill system for code compliance; installing disabled access lift for code compliance; installing new tankless water heaters for showers; pressure washing pool deck, and painting indoor pool area.
