The City of Santa Clarita is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform the following scope of work for Tenant Improvement at 26330 Citrus Street building for a new public television studio. The studio will be the relocated home of SCVTV, who will be leaving their current studio at 22505 14th Street, Unit E in Newhall. The new location will be constructed in an unoccupied suite of a multi-tenant building which currently has two existing tenants which will remain. The area of new improvements is approximately 4,400 s.f. Along with the improvements, there will be demolition of existing offices, new structural improvements to support stage lighting grid and new AC unit on the roof.
