This scope of work is to provide a standard of quality between bidding vendors for rentals for the 2024 City of Santa Clarita Annual Cowboy Festival. The event takes place from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Setup of this event will begin on Wednesday, April 17th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All work must be completed by 5:00 PM on April 19th. Removal of all equipment can begin on Sunday, April 21, starting at 6:30 PM and must be completed by Monday, April 22 at 5:00 PM.
