Description

1. 1. The City of Santa Clara (“City” or “Santa Clara”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate development, planning, and project management services (“Services”) with specialized knowledge in one or more of the services areas (“Service Areas”) described in Attachment A – Scope of Services (Attachment A).
  2. The City intends to establish a bench of consultants to provide the Services by awarding multiple agreements within each of the Service Areas listed in this RFP.
  3. Proposers may apply to one or more of the Services Areas listed in Attachment A.

**This RFP is a modified version of the City's previous RFP # 23-24-41, which was cancelled and did not result in any contract awards. The City has revisited our real estate development consulting needs and modified the scope of services to more accurately reflect the desired services. We encourage all interested vendors to thoroughly review the updated scope of work and submit proposals speaking to your skills and experience in these areas.)
