25-26-36 - Event Planning & Production Services

The City of Santa Clara is launching a high-profile slate of community engagement events and cultural programming to build excitement and foster inclusion in anticipation of major upcoming global sporting events, specifically Super Bowl LX and the FIFA World Cup 2026. The City is seeking the services of a proven, experienced firm to provide full-service, large-scale event planning and production services. Services must encompass all aspects of event delivery, including conceptualization and design, cultural curation, event production and execution, comprehensive vendor/talent management, and robust financial and risk oversight.

The City prefers to award a single contract to a firm that can provide the complete list of services listed below for all events being contemplated in the Scope of Services.  However, the City reserves the right to award multiple contracts if found to be in the best interest of the City, due to the accelerated timeline and variety of events contemplated.
