The City of Santa Clara (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents (hereinafter “Proposer”) to operate a “Café” on the lower level of the Santa Clara Central Park Library (“Library”) located at 2635 Homestead Road in Santa Clara.
The City intends to enter into a Lease Agreement with the awarded Proposer (“Operator”) meeting the criteria set forth in this Request For Proposal (“RFP”).
