Description

The City of Santa Clara, (hereinafter "City") is soliciting bids from authorized resellers of AutoCAD Software and Licensing to provide one-year subscription renewals of current AutoCAD Licenses and new product licenses as needed in support of the City's Information Technology Department (ITD) and Silicon Valley Power (SVP). Two (2) separate purchase orders shall be issued.

Bidder must be an Authorized AutoCAD Partner for resale to government agencies in order to submit a bid for this RFQ. Refer to Section 4 of the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions for the details regarding minimum qualifications.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Please refer to the RFQ Instructions and General Provisions document and all other attached documents.
2) Submit all response documents online through BidNet Direct, including electronic attachments if applicable, and/or through the "Vendor Notes for Offer" function. The City will not accept hardcopy response documents.
3) Final award shall be contingent upon selected firm (Vendor) accepting the City's PO Terms and Conditions.
