BACKGROUND
The Santa Clara Stadium Authority (SCSA) is a public joint powers authority established to develop, own and be responsible for the operation of Levi's Stadium, a premiere outdoor sports and entertainment venue on the West Coast and home to the San Francisco 49ers National Football League (NFL) Team. Through a management agreement, the Forty Niners Stadium Management Company (Stadium Manager) manages and operates Levi’s Stadium on behalf of the 49ers for NFL games and for the SCSA for Non-NFL events including concerts, sporting events, and non-ticketed events (such as weddings, and business functions).

RFP
The SCSA is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms (referred to herein as “Proposer” or “Firm”) to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, and the two subsequent fiscal years thereafter, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) year periods, not to exceed a total of five (5) fiscal years.
