The Authority reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals (RFP) at any time, for any reason without any liability and to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package addressed as below clearly identifying the firm making the submission. The package must be marked as “CONFIDENTIAL – REAL ESTATE AND FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES”. Two copies of the proposal are required. The firm is liable for all costs incurred in preparing and submitting a proposal.
All proposals must be received by the Authority by the deadline stated below. Mail or deliver proposals to:
