Description

The City is requesting proposals from a qualified contractor to provide water quality courier and laboratory analytical services from a certified environmental laboratory accredited program (ELAP) for Lake Poway, Lester J. Berglund Water Treatment Plant, the Water Distribution System, and other ELAP laboratory analytical services as stipulated or needed. The City proposes to contract with a California state-certified laboratory that is proactive in their work standards and can meet the qualifications set forth in this proposal package.
