The City of Poway (“City”) is requesting proposals from interested consulting firms to provide on-call engineering staff augmentation services for various capital improvement projects for the Engineering CIP Group of the Development Services Department.
Through this Request For Proposal, the City will select one or more qualified professional firm(s) to provide engineering staff augmentation services for capital improvement and development projects. Staff augmentation services include, but are not limited to, capital improvement management, design consultant oversight, construction management, regulatory permitting, technical memorandum review, and agency coordination.
The City’s CIP division currently oversees 60 active and proposed projects, with $11.09 million appropriated in Fiscal Year 2023-24 for a total of $80.64 million in appropriations for these projects. See Attachment A for the Capital Improvement Program.
