Description

The scope of the FY 25 Project includes various ADA upgrades to the front of the house, public areas, that include stairway handrails, concession bars and ticket counter heights adjustments, replacement of various electrical transformers and distribution panels and various plumbing fixtures and equipment along with concrete floor ramp removal and replacement.

Construction surveying and staking will be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor must obtain a Right-of-Way Permit from the City, at no cost, before construction begins.
