The City of Oceanside invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the offices of and addressed to Oceanside City Clerk, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to the hour of 10:00 am, the 20th day of May, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened.
Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside "SEALED BID FOR EL CORAZON PHASE II - PHASE IIA, CIP24-00019 - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."
