The City of Novato is seeking qualified vendors for a new Land Management System.
The City is seeking an integrated Land Management Enterprise system, which includes the following primary functionality/modules:
• Planning Projects
• Permitting
• Online Permitting
• Inspections
• Online Inspections
• Code Enforcement
• Online Complaint Tracking
• Contractor Registrations (not licenses)
• Cashiering
• Parcel / Address Management
• Mobile Inspections and Code Enforcement Solution

Please note that we are asking for an email confirmation of your receipt of this RFP, ASAP.
Additionally, we request communication on whether you intend to propose by June 28, 2023.
We also have a deadline for written questions to be submitted June 30, 2023.
The proposal due date is 5:00pm Pacific Standard time July 21, 2023.
