GENERAL INFORMATION 
The City of Livermore Water Resources Division (WRD) of the Public Works Department implements a Safety Program to enforce workplace and work site safety protocols and policies intended to ensure employee safety in compliance with federal and state workplace and work site safety regulations. Implementation of WRD’s Safety Program includes periodic review of safety policies, self-directed online and in-person training, keeping abreast of legislative and regulatory changes affecting the work carried out by WRD staff, updating safety policies and training as necessary. 
 
PURPOSE OF THIS RFP 
The purpose of this RFP is to select a provider of support services for WRD’s Safety Program as outlined in the Scope of Work section of this RFP.
