A mandatory tour will take place on Tuesday June 3, 2025 beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. Proposals will not be accepted from any Contractor who is late or does not attend the entire pre-proposal tour. Proposers will tour the City facilities listed below and City staff may answer proposer’s questions during the tour. Attendance for the entirety of the tour is mandatory. All Contractors must have one representative, but no more than two representatives at the start of the tour.
The pre-proposal tour will begin at City Hall located at 1052 S. Livermore Ave, Livermore, CA 94550. Please arrange your own transportation to each site. Please plan to spend a minimum of three hours on the tour.
