It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the City of Hanford to obtain proposals for selection of a single brand of water service meters and endpoints to be specified in the City’s water system improvement standards, and for the turn-key installation of a single AMI system to serve all connections in the City, including training for city staff and customers for the respective interface portals provided. The meters and endpoints to be selected under this proposal process will be procured and installed under a separate contract.
