Notice is hereby given that the City of Fremont (“City”) is now soliciting prequalification
applications from General Contractors with construction expertise in municipal/civic facilities
projects for the construction of the City’s Central Park Community Center (“Project”).

All Contractors who intend to bid on the Project must submit a complete prequalification
application and provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by the City to be on the
final Qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor that is not on the Qualified
Bidders list.
