Notice is hereby given that the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation (City), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design services for the Mountain View Park Pickleball Courts Project (Project). Engineering services shall include, but not be limited to; environmental review and documentation, geotechnical study, noise technical study, cultural/historic property study, biological study, public outreach and engagement, preparation of plans and specifications, preparation of cost and schedule estimates, bid support, support during construction, and preparation of final as-built plans.
