Notice is hereby given that the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation (City), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide strategic streamlining services for the new collective Development Services Department. Consulting services shall include, but not be limited to: assess current processes in Building, Housing, Code Enforcement, Engineering, and Planning; identify areas in need of streamlining uniform practices; recommend streamlined practices for efficiency in review times, record documentation, and customer ease; prepare procedures, checklists, and applications for implementation; recommend physical space concept; and deliver final documents for implementation.
