Description

The City of Colton Public Works and Utility Services Department – Engineering Division is soliciting proposals from consulting engineers for engineering plan check consulting services for private and public projects. The services are required for review and plan check approval for residential, commercial and industrial development. The plan check services shall include but not limited to tract and parcel maps, grading, water quality management plans (WQMP), storm water, drainage/hydrology, on- and off-site improvements (streets, drainage, parking), water improvements and sewer improvements.
