The City of Belvedere is seeking proposals for the installation of 10 LF of guardrail and 75 LF of handrail for the Park Lane Stairs Project.

Construction of the project is expected to begin in late Spring 2025, with an estimated duration of 30 working days. The railing installation will take place after the new stairway is completed, so coordination with the main contractor will be necessary.
