The proposal must be submitted to the Adelanto Elementary School District 11824 Air Expressway,
Adelanto, CA 92301 to Lori McMillen, in Business Services Purchasing Department, by mail-in or dropoff
no later than, 1/21/2026, by 4:00 pm.
All proposers must submit one (1 original and three(3) hard copies and a digital PDF format
on a pen drive, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the RFP name, number, and closing
date. Proposals will not be read upon receipt. All proposals will be opened and read in a closed
session at the District Office. The District will then proceed with the review process and post the
results as outlined in the RFP document. It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that
responses are received on time and at the correct location.
Proposals shall be presented in accordance with the specifications. Proposal specifications may be
obtained on the district’s website at: www.aesd.net

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and any and all items of such
proposals. This RFP shall also be subject to any and all applicable laws, regulations and
standards.
