Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain pricing and a contract for the AR State Crime Laboratory to purchase services for method development and validation to assist in the qualitative and quantitative toxicology testing in biological specimens. Contractor shall provide supplies to include, but not be limited to: 1. Analysis Plates a. Analysis plates must be pre-manufactured and sealed. b. Analysis plates, both 48 and 96-well plates, must be available at applicable locations. c. Analysis plates must be packaged to minimize damage during shipping and storage. d. Analysis plates must have a minimum shelf life of six (6) months remaining when received by AR State Crime Lab. e. Analysis plates must maintain storage for a minimum of six (6) months without any degradation under refrigerated or frozen conditions. 2. Sample preparation plates a. Sample preparation plates must contain multi-analyte mixtures of NIST traceable certified reference standards relevant to the methods of analyses listed in this IFB. b. Sample preparation plates must be manufactured with; • Calibrators • Second source quality control material prepared and analyzed with the samples. • Internal standards at precise concentrations allowed for simple and consistent sample preparation.
