The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek out qualified vendors who can provide Piping to Repair Heating and Cooling Loops in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA).
This announcement is in support of Market research performed by the Army Contract Command- Rock Island to determine interest and capability to provide the supplies needed defined within this RFI. This RFI is for information purposes only and is not to be constructed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supplies, or for the Government to pay for the information received. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow-up information request. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be given because of providing this information.
Vendors interested in this proposed acquisition shall provide their NAICS code and Business Size to my email listed below. It is anticipated that subsequent procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contact. All ordering periods will have a minimum and maximum amount that can be ordered per each ordering period with range pricing requested at time of RFQ. The government is requesting that vendors provide their capability statements, information, and to answer the questions below to determine if they can meet the Governments Specifications through email to Ashley Kulla, Ashley.e.kulla.civ@army.mil and Michelle Pleasant, michelle.m.pleasant.civ@army.mil NLT 1:00pm CST 23 June 2025.
