Specifications include, but are not limited to: Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) operates athletic complexes and is in an agreement with the City of Detroit for DPSCD teams to play on City-owned facilities with DPSCD maintenance. The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: 1. Installation of exterior marquee and lettered signs, and repairs to existing signs, procurement of supplies, letters, facings, cabinets, etc. Contractor will contact District Department of Site Management to notify of intent to perform services listed and give the following information/schedule, in writing: • Activity or action to be performed • Date and time of action • List of materials to be delivered, installed • Cost of materials, price quotation • Schedule of completion of action. 2. The District representative will be present at the start of the action and inspect at critical stages to ensure strict adherence to specifications outlined herein. After the action has been completed to the satisfaction of the District, the sign off will be given that the directed action has been completed.
