Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Engineering Services for various services including, but not limited to the following projects: 1. Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation / overlays 2. Airfield Lighting and Navaids 3. Property Acquisition 4. Safety Area Evaluation/Corrections 5. Apron Expansion 6. Environmental Studies 7. Runway Extension 8. Taxiway Extension 9. Surveys 10. Hangars / Terminal Building 11. Aviation Easement Acquisition 12. Fuel System Improvements 13. Security Fencing Services to be provided will be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5100-14 (as amended). Services required include all phases and necessary incidental services for the above cited projects, as well as others, which may arise to be funded by an FAA and/or an Arkansas Division of Aeronautics grant within the next five years. Selection criteria contained in FAA Circular 150/5100-14 (as amended) will be applied in the following order of importance. 1. Consultant Capability to perform all or most aspects of proposed projects and recent experience in airport projects comparable to proposed tasks. Including working with government grant reimbursement schedules. 2. Key personnel that will be working with the Morrilton Municipal Airport and their professional qualifications, experience, and availability for proposed projects; their reputation and professional integrity and competence; and their knowledge of FAA regulations policies and procedures.
