Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide leadership development in the form of coaching skills training to coach trainees (participants) over a five-month period, utilizing client onsite sessions, interim learning modalities and providing strong links to measure overall impact over time. This will include specifically the following: Pre-session interviews of each coach trainee Pre-work assignments and interim activities prior to each meeting Two consecutive onsite coaching skills training sessions of 3 days each – designed to facilitate coach trainees’ ability in facilitating group coaching sessions with early childhood professionals Professional development plan for each coach trainee Interim learning forums prior to each meeting Interim coaching clinics after the conclusion of the training program
