Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist Airport staff and planners in establishing project priorities, goals, objectives, means, and parameters for the further development of the Commercial/Industrial Facilities and properties as outlined in the Airport Master Plan and directed by the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission. 2. Prepare conceptual plans, reports, analysis and schedules for meeting project requirements as defined by Airport staff and the Commission. 3. Prepare schematic design documents and final construction documents in such form as to comply with the latest applicable laws, building codes, ordinances, and FAA Advisory Circulars, as amended and other applicable FAA rules, regulations, and guidance.
