This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.

Solicitation # W9127S22Q6001. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, effective September 10, 2021.

This is a total Small Business set-aside. NAICS code is 337127, size standard is 500 employees.

All Quotes shall be submitted no later than December 16, 2021, by 12:00pm Central Time.

A SITE-VISIT will not be scheduled for this requirement.

The Statement of Work is incorporated in this solicitation.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial and provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Items (OCT 2014), applies to this acquisition.

All offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items Alternate I (Oct 2014).

The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement. The addendum to FAR 52.212-4 also applies to this acquisition.

The Provision at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items (May 2019) is also applicable to this solicitation.

The clauses at 52.212-3(ALT I) and 52.212-5 are incorporated in the solicitation in full text.

Compliance with the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) for Japan is required.
