Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project seeks to retrofit office areas to provide improved customer service to guests seeking to purchase memberships and convert a storage room to usable office space. B. The vendor shall complete work only on business days, Monday-Friday, from 7:30am-5pm, excluding City holidays.; C. No vehicles or equipment shall be operated in areas with public access during open hours, from 9am to 4pm.; D. The vendor shall meet or exceed all OSHA safety requirements for construction and demolition projects at all times.; E. The vendor shall remove all demolished materials to certified dump or landfill facility at vendor's expense; and provide proof of proper disposal to the zoo project manager.; F. The vendor shall be responsible for providing barricades to cordon off the designated work area.; G. The vendor shall ask for approval from the Facilities Operations Manager to work on any area featuring animals on a daily basis.; H. Equipment ingress and egress that takes place in the Fair Park gate must feature a flagger as required by state law.; I. If equipment must be taken to public areas of the zoo, the vendor must gain prior approval from the Facilities Operations Manager to barricade the designated work area from public.
