Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University requires the following attributes in the redesign and development of the website: A. The Mulberry, AR website re-design and development shall include the following elements and activities leading up to final implementation: B. One face-to-face consultation with Mulberry, AR leaders and Mulberry, ARs website project coordinator to determine the needs for the new website as well as to determine what Wordpress platform (or similar platform) and hosting options are best for the project. C. Proposed dated timeline for project work that includes tasks/details of each step in the timeline to be completed including drafts, implementation, and training of staff. D. Development of proposed website re-design, format and layout. E. Long distance meetings with Mulberry, AR leaders and website project coordinators to confirm website decisions on website designs, format and layout. F. Face-to-face training session about how to update content/navigation links and general maintenance for all Mulberry, AR staff that will be in charge of Website.6 G. Phone and email support for the website after go live of new website for a period of two months, not to exceed 20 hours of technical support over that period. H. Incorporation of new graphics and photos to produce an overall pleasing visual appeal and positively reinforce the Mulberry, ARs existing image. Initial design to be approved by Mulberry, AR prior to full site content being created. I. Site must be user friendly, mobile responsive and streamlined for ease of access using current best practices for user experience/interactivity. J. The website must be built on the Wordpress platform (or similar, easy to use platform) using hosting options that are the best fit for the Mulberry, ARs website needs and maintenance resources. Updates of information and content to Website must be easily accomplished by Mulberry, AR staff using non-complex interface/template. K. Provide the capability of user interactive features such as video streaming, picture slide show, user comment/question submittal, online form submittal, etc. to address current as well as possible future needs of the Website
