Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Walton College of Business (Walton College), is releasing this Request for Proposal to vendors to establish a term contract for web master services who provide graphic design, web development, content writing, and basic and more advanced application development to assist existing campus web masters with their pages/sites. The appropriate vendor should provide assistance to the University of Arkansas web masters with their demands to create and maintain a consistent and effective web presence, without hiring extensive web support staff. This vendor should possess the capabilities listed on page 18, section 5 Technical Requirements and Service Requirements.
