Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pipeline: Lakeside Water Plant, 300 Pineland Dr. to Wildcat Road and from Wildcat Road to Lake Ricks Dam. Pipeline is approximately 4.5 miles from Lakeside Water Plant to Ricks Dam. Manhole boxes are to be followed as the best path of the pipeline.; 1. Cut all trees that are leaning and crossing the pipeline to ground level not to leave large stumps.; 2. All limbs leaning over pipeline must be cut to minimum of 15 ft height from grade to allow use of equipment if needed.; 3. Pruned tree limbs two (2) inches in diameter shall be treated by painting the exposed ends with an approved asphaltic material.; Sanderson Dam (including Secondary Spillway, and Tertiary Spillway), Dillon Dam, Bethel Dam, and Ricks Dam (including Saddle Dam). Refer to drawings for the description and limits of work at all four sites.; 1. Vegetation removal shall consist of the removal and disposal of trees, stumps, brush, roots, vegetation, logs, rubbish, and other objectionable matter from the described areas.; 2. Contractor must protect existing trees and other vegetation designated to remain in place against unnecessary cutting, breaking or skinning roots, skinning or bruising of bark, or smothering of trees by stockpiling vegetation materials. Provide temporary guards to protect trees and vegetation to be left standing, as necessary.; 3. Pruned tree limbs two (2) inches in diameter shall be treated by painting the exposed ends with an approved asphaltic material.
