1. This bid is for vacuum truck services on an as needed basis by the City of Fayetteville. The services will include both hydro-excavation to locate utility conflicts and jetting of storm sewer piping to clear debris. 2. For hydro-excavation within unpaved areas, the City will be responsible for backfilling the hole created once measurements/elevations have been obtained. 3. For hydro-excavation within the roadway or sidewalk, the City will remove the roadway or sidewalk surface (asphalt or concrete) in preparation for the services and the City will be responsible for backfilling the excavation and the roadway or sidewalk repair upon completion of the services. These items should not be included within the bid. The City will provide traffic control measures. 4. All materials must be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and any disposal fee will be included in the bid. 5.
